One chrome mask on a 4x4" 90mil quartz (amorphous fused silica) substrate. 100nm CD tolerance. Mask will be delivered in about one week from receipt of order.
Your mask order will be released to manufacturing on your approval of the proofs shown here and receipt of order. The tone and orientation of the mask are designated along the lower edge of the mask.
