Which Version of LayoutEditor 
is Right for You?

In addition to designing MEMS and ICs, LayoutEditor is great software for laying out the physical design of a photomask. You can download and install the software on the platform of your choice: Windows, Mac OS X, or Linux. But you will need a commercial license to access the advanced features, as well as technical support. There are three different versions of license available, each offering a different combination of features: 

1. Basic, 
2. Reduced, or 
3. Full.
