One chrome mask on a 5x5" 90mil amorphous fused-silica (quartz) substrate. 100nm CD tolerance, 150nm registration tolerance to grid. Two day manufacturing lead-time. 2-Day shipping is included.
Your mask order will be released to manufacturing on your approval of the proofs shown here and receipt of order. The tone and orientation of the mask are designated in the lower-right corner of the mask. In this case, COLOR represents OPAQUE area (chrome) on the mask, white represents transparent glass, and orientation is chrome-DOWN, looking through the glass.
