One chrome mask on a 4x4x0.06 inch soda-lime substrate. 3um CD with 150nm tolerance and 200nm uniformity. Four days manufacturing lead-time.
Your mask order will be released to manufacturing on your approval of the proofs shown here and receipt of order. The tone and orientation of the mask are listed on the lower edge. In this case COLOR represents CLEAR transparent shapes on the mask (white represents opaque chrome) and the orientation is chrome-DOWN, looking through the glass.
