I Would Like a Chrome Mask

We make all types of high-quality chrome masks with CDs as small as 125nm.  Please send us some basic information and we'll send you our recommendation:
    Example: 5" 90mil Quartz
What is the smallest feature (line, space, or contact) that you want to resolve? Ex: 0.5um.
What is the name of your project, research, or device?
Should the design look normal (right reading) with the chrome on the front of the glass (chrome up) or on the back (chrome down). For photolithography, usually you want RRCD which is the same thing as wrong-reading (mirrored) chrome-up.
Should the polygons in your design (a.k.a. digitized data) be clear or dark on the mask?
If there is anything special you would like us to know?
    Max file size: 20MB
We prefer you to compress a single file containing all the mask patterns and preserve any hierarchy.
If you have multiple layers, please also include an order form with your design. It can be our ORDER FORM or one you already have. If your file is too large to upload here, go to our UPLOAD page instead.

We also offer photomasks in several standard configurations. All of these masks use chrome as the absorber and have superb quality and excellent construction.  You can choose the substrate material and size, the manufacturing lead-time, and then choose a specification bundle including minimum CD size, CD tolerance, and registration to grid. The defect spec on all of these products is zero defects greater than 5um for quartz and zero greater than 10um for soda-lime.
